Post office won’t deliver because they have to drive though 2 other towns to get here and they say road is dangerous. Fed Ex is unreliable because things get delayed to the Saturday guy. Most others won’t come up the road or leave it 3 miles away. UPS is the only reliable one, but who knows which shipper is being used.
Thats why I said Mailbox Etc.type. it is a street address with a number, not a PO Box. I had it on my license and could still pass the ammo and gun background check. Because it’s not a PO Box.
That is messed up...I have clean road up to my property, and at my rental if I leave the gate open, they will leave stuff at my door of my rental unit. The USPS has large lockers so if I have something like a scope or a stock, they can put it in the locker. I'm waiting on another Manners stock I will make a standard bolt face rifle, but I need to make the action first.
I haven't posted any gunsmithing threads yet, but I will. I have 4 bolt action blanks. 2 are stainless short actions, 1 is a 375 CheyTac for ELR, and the last one can be a magnum tactical that will most likely be 7mm BC, I'm intrigued with the steel case and 80,000 psi.
I don't even know where to get blanks anymore, the two guys I got mine from went out of biz.
All of my roads were redone recently with Government funding, AFAIK. All the way into the USPS is clean/new asphalt. I'm feeling guilty now...in your case you can receive everything except firearms and ammo, right?
Unfortunately my driveway to my property is about the steepest I have seen. The water district put these boulders to prevent me from accessing my property. Board will vote on settlement offer, which is pittance from what they must be spending.
USPS won't give me a mailbox until I have a final permit, they tell me.

That used to be my original encroachment that they put the boulders in (and they're illegal as they're in the public roadway currently). I had a contractor cut the new encroachment next to the original. In the settlement we're not allowed to go on each other's property, that includes employees, past, present, and future, contractors, and anyone ever involved in it, and I have to exonerate all of the people, including a guy across the street that hassled every contractor I've had work on it. This is 1/2 mile from my rental.
