I don’t know if I post about my lcp2 22lr anyway here gos had the gun for 3 years or so not a big fan it jam a lot most people had good things to say about their lcp2 but not me so it sits in the safe as a paperweight. I mess it up by taking to much metal off the feed ramp . So I figure it’s toast . Not a big lost 350 or so . Then I decided to get ruger involved but as you know sending a gun back in Cali is a big headache. Not so I took it back to sportsman warehouse very easy I paid 20 shipping they sent it back to ruger . I told them I would pay for a new barrel cause it was my fault . One week later ruger emails me all done new trigger new barrel no charge kudos to ruger my next gun is definitely going to be a ruger

Nice. Are you going to have to DROS it back or will the FFL simply return it to you (no DROS, no BGC)?

Nothing just showed my license and off I went I felt like I was in the Midwest . If you ever buy a gun at sportsman warehouse that’s their guarantee paid 20 shipping when I took it in two weeks ago and pick up yesterday it was a great experience

You guys ever have to deal with CS of ruger hope your experience was like mine they gave me back like a new gun in a new original ruger box and they pull out the aftermarket parts and gave them back to me . They were very detailed

Interesting. I opted out of SW warranty deal because I never had an issue except for 1 Ithaca. That cost a new firing pin upgrade at the gunsmith. The problem ended up being BRI ammo, but they are the only ones making Sabot slugs at the time.

When I picked up my new Ruger, there was a card in the box-do you own Blackhawk (and its variants) ? Send in the card for a free factory up grade. Covered guns from early 60’s to late 70’s.

A friend on another forum just bought one. His serial# checked out to 1969. I let him know about this free upgrade. He was not going to send his in, but said his father had done it with Ruger previously and was very happy.
