The Kommunist Republik.
I honestly love this woman. A fellow Kommunist Repulikan, a very smart lawyer, in charge of the civil rights division of the US DOJ which oversees the 2A Division.

She is single handedly trying to help us in the Kommunist Republik.

Her latest venture- a warning letter to Newscum and Bonta about the Glock Ban (starting 7/1) and the roster. Negotiate or be sued.

If this peaks your interest, here is a video

It’ll be interesting to see how that develops. Letters like that can put states on notice but the real impact usually comes down to what happens if the dispute ends up in court.
This is where it’s different.

In the past, states have issued new laws. Out here, the 9th circus backs the states. And we fight it with cases stalled in SC. We did get a win in the Wolford case. But there are 5 others, especially Duncan, that affect us.

Where the difference lies- this is the US DOJ fighting the state. The state has previously only had upward pressure to suppress. Now they have upward (CRPA) and downward (DOJ).

This changes the landscape for us and the state trying to defend their unconstitutional activities.

That’s an interesting way to frame it, and I get what you’re pointing at. Having both private groups and the federal side applying pressure definitely changes the dynamics compared to states operating mostly on their own. How it ultimately shakes out will come down to how those cases progress through the courts.

No matter what, nothing is for certain. We need to see how it plays out. It can't be bad for the residents that they're jacking up Newsom!(y)

Well, much like the war with Iran, the Tyrants running CA will continue on the path of trying to destroy our society from the inside. There is no doubt that they will force the USDOJ to sue and use the peoples money to fight them.

She has been busy this morning. Lawsuits dropped on CA and VA
Indeed, Both Grant v Higgins and Viramontes v Cook County were taken for conference during the next term. If I understand this correctly, after these two cases are decided, the other 3 will be GVR'd back down to the lower courts (Duncan v Bonta, Gator's Custom Guns v State of Washington and National Assoc for Gun Rights v Lamont). Another good day for the 2A. 👏

Grant and Viramontes were combined for hearing. They get 1 hour of argument time combined.

Duncan got pushed back again if that is not decided many of us could be felons overnight. Gators the same. I doubt the SC will rule on mags at the same time as ARs.

The DOJ. V CA And DOJ V VA is mainly against Glock Ban and VA Glock/AR Ban. Bright side for CA it’s against the roster too. It may take years.

But it’s the Feds fighting for us, not against us.

Well, I'm hoping the SCOTUS will take that up themselves. Seems like the roster is toast to me. 1 hour is not very long...

Newsom may even get fined over his crimes...time will tell...
