You mean about eliminating the roster? I've heard him speak out against it before. As Governor, I don't think he would have the authority to ditch it completely. The roster is called out in the Penal Code so it's a legislative procedure to change it and that ain't gonna happen anytime soon.
Certainly there's a bunch of litigation ongoing so not all provisions are currently enforced. That's our best bet to make some real changes.

Even a candidate speaking about it as an agenda item is encouraging. 
Although, personally I would prefer the mag ban to go away. Hopeful.

I don't think so either, but he could have influence on some of the other pukes voting. The Governor does control money going to their county, doesn't he?
At least start the discussion to get things on par with the rest of the country. Right now it is just too far to the left. Bring it the middle. Am a little tired of the woke and feelings based culture.
Or better yet, get the entire country in line with our 2nd Amendment.
A lot of people saying this could be the one. There's a lot at stake, and the anti-gun has done a good job at keep cases away from SCOTUS, but time is way overdue, IMO.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here. Those of you who are pessimistic about what is happening with our 2A, will be stunned. This has taken Forever and a Day* to get to this point, Duncan v Bonta is 9 years old...the 9th circuit has stalled us for 9 years! Time to take the gloves off and give the left a taste of their own medicine. They have to know it's coming, this is no surprise on what's been going on.
* The 2018 James bond movies, which he did use a PPK, as I recall.
