PRS style match

Sac Sharpshooter Showdown is part of the PRS Pro Series afaik
Folsom is one of the few places that has a 1000 yard range. I have heard you can sign up for PRS there, but you can only train on the long range if you're a member. Coalinga has a 1000 range also I've heard.

OP, where are you located?

I'm in Lake County, and there's ELR in Upper Lake, but they start at 2000 yards, and go up to 3000 yards if someone hits a target.

BTW, I know this is not 1000 yards, but Konocti Rod & Gun Club holds NRA 10/22 silhouette at 200 and 100. Not so easy to get on target at 200 yards with a 10/22, but I recently bought one to participate in this event. I'm looking at it as a good way to keep my POI up. Ignore the high power and other centerfire, as the club doesn't seem to hold them.

This is a really nice range, owned by the local Sheriff, who allow KRGC use of the 100/200 yard range, as well as a pistol range that the Sheriff use mostly. We get issued an RFID card that gives us access, and can use the range from sunrise, to 30 minutes past sundown. Pretty good deal for $50/year, and one of the Sheriff told me they get people driving a few hours to use the range. We just had a "Shoot what 'ya brung" for New Years, and one Sheriff had his 9 year old daughter shooting 22LR. He was shooting a handgun mostly, and as you might imagine, LEO with a pistol is lethal. The handgun range is where the Sheriff mostly shoot.
