Anyone draw an Elk tag in CA ???

Well, my Elk draw is marked still Pending, so don't think I drew a tag, as the drawing happened yesterday.

Anyone here draw Elk, Antelope, or Big Horn Sheep in CA?

Next year I'm gonna apply for Cache Creek, they allow for Horse/Mule to be used, and my hunting buddy has 2 horses and a mule. Seems the herd in Cache Creek runs through the area where 16/20 cross. This year I applied for Lake Pilsbury.

From the email I got from CDFW, I guess I'm jumping the gun, it won't be available until the 15th. I still have a chance to win!

Well, it's final. I got my Dear John letter on an Elk Tag. I was in at Kelseyville Lumber and the guy I buy building materials from mentioned he hasn't got drawn in 18 years, but his wife submitted about 5 years ago and got drawn and got a bull the first year she submitted...go figure...I'm gonna roll the dice on Cache Creek until I get drawn.
