Now that nearly every brand has jumped on the micro-9 bandwagon, are we seeing the final evolution of this platform or do you think there are still some needs that upcoming models could tackle?
I don't see anything that looks attractive to me, so sticking with the 1911 shooting 230 grain round nose bullets. I was interested in the Glock 29, a compact 10mm, but think I'm over that. I think more eyeballs are better than me carrying a bigger caliber. One could also argue that 45ACP is larger than the 10mm or 40 cal.I am interested in a more concealable than a 911. But what is on the roster that is any good?
If I stick with one caliber, it's 45ACP. I just like the 1911 Commander I have.Because of this state, I consider anything I buy now a throw away. Considering a Ruger LC9.
Owning it feeds others. Going to stick with one caliber
Patience grasshopper! It's coming, it's coming!I got a 9m ranch rifle for my wife to feed as well as others, Caliber is choice.
I guess I chose a platform back in the days I CCd everyday in the ghetto. Near impossible to get a CC in my new state, even though I had a CC in my old state which produced Bruen decision.
I think if you purchased them from another state, they are still legal here, kind of like off roster handguns.I know the laws when I came here. I may or may not have guns that are now legal here now. Who knows with the myriad of new laws. . Pretty sure the guns I brought can only be sold to LEO. But I tried to do it legal when I moved here. They just changed the rules.
As long as they are not classified as AWs, you can sell them PPT through an FFL to LEO and non-LEO. All mags 10 rounds or less.<snip>

This is exactly how people were buying Walther PPKs from LEO, the LEO would buy the off roster handguns and sell them PPT. Yet another exactly why this is such a bad state...As long as they are not classified as AWs, you can sell them PPT through an FFL to LEO and non-LEO. All mags 10 rounds or less.
Funny thing is, when folks post about moving to California in other forums, many responses encourage them to buy as many "off roster" handguns as they can, then sell once they're in CA. (Naturally, many other responses are in the form of "Are You Crazy!!!")

The only way we get sanity is to mobilize our kind to vote enmass to flush out the corruption and tyrants running this state. Can't wait for "sanity to step in".We really need some sanity to step in this state.
I used to have great respect for CZ. A friend is a competitor on the Bird Dog Circuit and they put her through a training class. And they bought Colt.I know this year they took my cz sp01 off the California roster. I guess once you got it they can’t make you sell it
Huh did not know thatI used to have great respect for CZ. A friend is a competitor on the Bird Dog Circuit and they put her through a training class. And they bought Colt.
CZ lost my respect because in the Canadian confiscation scheme, guess where the guns are to be sent-the Colt USA headquarters in Ontario Canada.
EW,I have one that I can only get a 15 round mag for. I did alter one to make it legal for an another states laws. My method of altering is not acceptable to the Kommunist Republik I pinched off a mag.
So I have a gun, that can only be sold to LEO, just like any Glocks now are. Just because of mag availability
We really need some sanity to step in this state.
