A lot of us have collections that are way bigger than our real shooting habits. If you were to focus only on the calibers you practice with regularly throughout the year, which ones would you pick? Share the firearms you use, how often you go shooting, and what you primarily use them for.

I'm fond of 45 ACP and 38 SPECIAL/357 MAGNUM. My carry pistol is a Springfield XD-S 3.3 chambered in 45 ACP, and I also shoot a S&W Model 625 which is also 45 ACP. For 38 SPECIAL/357 MAGNUM, I have a S&W Model 627 and an old Rossi R92 lever action with the shorter 16" barrel (so fun to shoot!). These calibers are what I shoot most often and I enjoy them all, but if I had to only choose one, I'd probably pick 38/357 primarily because I can run it through a rifle, too.

I do like to have carbines that feed my pistols. Even if I have what I consider a throw away carbine, I will be able to get ammo under our draconian laws in case they get worse (and they will).

Of course it’s be years since I bought ammo in this state, and those rounds were put on a gun purchase check. That will be their next legislative target, only buying ammo for what they know you have.

There you go giving them ideas again! 😱
AND "They" are not supposed to know what we have. 🙄
But all they have to do is sign-up as a member here since we all expose our collections willingly.
OOOPS...got off topic.
Don't get to the range as often as I would like, so when I do, I take too many of the collection.
.22LR, .380, 9mm, 40s&w, 38spl, 357Mag, 556, 7.62x39.
Would like to add a lever in 38/357, a PCC in 40s&w, and a semi and bolt in .308 to the stable.

Pistol 9mm and 10mm
Rifle: .223, 6.5 Grendel, .308
Hunting:
300 PRC
ELR:
375 cheytac

I currently carry 45ACP also, as a defense when hunting.

Was considering a 10mm or 40 S&W, but not sure I need it. I have 230 round nose loads for the 45 ACP, that's a pretty big slug. (y)
