I'm old, tired and cranky. I had a few life successes and some notable calamities brought about by my own poor decision-making. Boo-Hoo.
California may be the next calamity I have to endure and I'm not the only one at risk here. Beautiful country horribly mismanaged. Glad there are some places isolated and pristine where I can recharge my batteries.
Sold the sports cars, sold most of my guns and rifles. Now I just putter around town in my old truck trying to keep the words, "I told you so!" off my lips as we head for yet another local tax increase in out little burg.
Retired most recently as a real estate and mortgage broker. Prior twenty years as a cabinetmaker and architectural accents woodworker. Attended three years at California College of Arts and Crafts and served in the U.S. Army
