I have a Vortex Strikefire II, which is not a great red dot. The dot itself if a 4 MOA dot, so you can get a much better 1 MOA these days. Truth be told, the 4 MOA is not bad at 100-150 yards.
My Aimpoint PRO scope has been on my work rifle for six years across three departments. I’ve never once had to adjust the zero, only changed the batteries. It’s been through freezing cold, drops, and plenty of rain yet the dot always stays exactly where I left it.
