First I heard cz is pulling out of California just wondering if any of y’all have cz someone said it has a loaded indicator tab . I had my cz for years I don’t see one just checking with y’all fellow Californian

I've owned a few CZs over the years and none of them came with a loaded chamber indicator tab. My old CZ 75B and SP‑01 were solid shooters without those extra Cali features, and I liked them better that way. Sure, some roster-compliant models were made with indicators or magazine disconnects to satisfy state regulations, but CZ hasn’t retrofitted every version.

I’ve never depended on mechanical indicators anyway. A quick press check or a visual inspection feels natural to me, and it’s way more reliable than a little tab. What I really love about CZs is their ergonomics and smooth triggers and I think they’re among the most comfortable pistols I’ve ever shot. Whether or not they have that indicator, they’re still “smile guns” in my opinion....

Well, with the microstamping requirement gone (for now), CZ *could* add the mag safety and CLI (if needed) and get back on the roster. Looking at the latest additions, some use the extractor (like the VP9) as the CLI.

Guess we'll know in 2 weeks if the rest fall off.

Or California could get rid of the roster! ;)
