I don't know shoot it I putting the wood target grips on when I get it's just cool looking maybe I have a thing about long smiths here’s my other oneA Model 29 with a 10 and 3/8 barrel is a lot of gun. You need a sherpa and a trailer hitch just to haul it around. Just curious: What will you use it for?

I'm with you.Not to sound fussy, but does the position of that cylinder release bother anyone else, or is it just me?
Hmmmm......I have found with my 2 wheel gun purchases, I can't hit the broadside of the barn. My semis are another story.
I may keep my #1 forever, but #2 was quickly gone. Both the semis, I have had over 20 years and feel comfortable with.
Just my preference
I have been checking out Semi's with a smaller frame.
Hmmmm......
what kind of wheel guns? I have 3 S&W 357's. my 4" 686 can hit 12" plate easy @ 50yrds, the 686 6" is good @ 100yds with 12" plate. the other is a Model 19 6"... just as accurate
My next want is

10.5" AR 300BLK...Just can't get em' in Kommiefornia without some shenanigans.
Thanks as you know can’t buy it in Calif got luck on a trade with my ffl it’s 1979 made in west Germany with all correct markings down to the left hand grip with the made in Germany on the bottom this guy was not shot much at all it’s super clean looks brand newThose are good little shooters!
Good to knowI had the Walther PPKS that I wore on my left ankle for 15 years while on duty. I would try to cover it with lint and dirt, just to see if it would ever get too gummed up to shoot, but never had a malfunction with it.
Wow, very nice. My step-dad had one that I wanted. The Sheriff actually confiscated it, as he had shot himself on stage 4 cancer with a 38 special. After about a month, the Sheriff called my mom, who had bad dementia at the time and got her to tell him to destroy it. He was a German made one from the 70s also. I wanted the 38 special to go to his blood son, who hated it worse than me, but I wanted the PPK. I know the Sheriff didn't destroy it, because he knew very well it was before handguns were registered in California. And therein lies the kicker...the state really has no idea how many unregistered firearms there are, so it's a poor excuse at best to make anyone register. Unfortunately, I can't change it...maybe Trump can leverage something...???Thanks as you know can’t buy it in Calif got luck on a trade with my ffl it’s 1979 made in west Germany with all correct markings down to the left hand grip with the made in Germany on the bottom this guy was not shot much at all it’s super clean looks brand new
Enter California complaints guns and go on the guns.com site look up the gun from their listI have a bug to get an A grade High Standard Trophy or Olympic 22 LR handgun. How can if tell/find out if CA law will allow it?
I've been on the CA law site to search, but I have no idea how to search.
People who make these laws should not be allowed to
Last year I was looking for a MK II to have as a plinker and starter pistol for new shooters. Found one at an LGS on consignment, so a PPT, as I explained earlier. What about 1975?
Curio and Relics. So, they are not a threat or dangerous? So much stuff, I just don't understand.
Went to the California roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.
They don't list High Standard?

I don't know of any wheel guns prohibited from owning in this Gawd awful state.
Me too...I always see thing as half full, rather than half empty, but so often end up disappointed in the outcome...I still have high hopes for what may happen with the current admin, and California is now dependent on Trump starving the powers to be. Honestly, I don't know how that sets, if they cheated. OTOH, there are a lot of people convinced that Trump is a dictator, and that can only be blamed on the left/media.I don't know of any wheel guns prohibited from owning in this Gawd awful state. (Sorry, passing that liberal Prop. 50 just frosted my arse.
Yes, but they're much easier to get on the list. S&W, as an example, has a lot of revolvers on the roster, and probably sell a crap ton of them. Taurus also, because they're cheaper.I do...revolvers are also rostered!
