I have never shot using a red dot. I lost a bid on Gunbroker, so I am living tall today. I want to buy in on Amazon for the return feature if I can't fit it to my Smith n Wesson M41, or I just don't like getting all the flyers. As an experienced shooter, I don't miss; I get flyers. Amazon won't ship to me. I want to buy a piece of glass. Does CA know that I can throw that red dot 500 miles per hour, making it lethal? Is this going to require a cavity search at my LGS?

I ordered a Bushnell red dot for my wife’s 9m carbine a year ago. Shipped to me no problem.
I am not aware of new laws against them. But there might be an old law-the one that says everything causes cancer. Had a heck of a time getting a new faucet for my camper.

It's weird that Amazon won't certain items send to me either. That includes car parts and appliance parts from some vendors. I "suspect" it might be a Prop 65 issue. Look at the Trijicon RMR Type 2 on Amazon. Says "Sorry, this item cannot be shipped to your selected address due to local laws or Amazon policy. Please change the shipping address".

Exactly. Cousin has to have car parts shipped to his mother in OR and she sends them to him

Sportsman's Warehouse won't ship and Glocks in or out of California until the new models or law changes. I also had to ship some Caribou game bags to a friend in Idaho last year as Sportsman's Warehouse wouldn't ship to California, some crap about mutating people because of how the fabric was processed. I have 4 or 5 large game quarter bags, for Elk, or Bear.

Yeah, our 2A is not really a 2A, it's an infringement...
