Carry holster?

I recently picked up a compact pistol for CCW use and now I need to get an IWB holster. I haven't bought a holster in years and have no idea where we're at in terms of new technologies or designs, if any, to help maximize concealability. Any recommendations? For reference, the last IWB holster I had was a CrossBreed SuperTuck and I liked it just fine, but if there's something measurably better I'd like to check it out.

Most of us have a box full of holsters we purchase in search of the "perfert" fit.
I use a Blackhawk soft IWB for my .40S&W Shield after many other contenders. It's what works for you, no matter how many reviews or recommendations a given rig gets.

I love the Crossbreed and Precision Holster for IWB, behind-the-hip carry. I'm now rolling with the Tenicore (appendix) AIWB VELO5 holster, love it. Super fast and conceals larger pistols with room for an extra mag. However, not very comfortable while driving, depending on pistol choice...
