I think so. Looks like powder is still marked free hazmat. Good luck, hope you got some.
Brownell's just sent out a notice, the NO Hazmat for Veteran's Day is coming to a close, so it's very limited at this point @gripMaster_
I got my 2 lbs. of H4350 today! I would have rather ordered IMR 4350, it's like magic powder...but it's like $80/lb and the H4350 is $54/lb. I also bought 2 lbs. of Hodgdon Superformance. It was also $54/lb. FWIW, we don't have to pay an extra 11% on reloading components, yet, but you can be sure they will try to impose it when I realize it.
