A Model 29 with a 10 and 3/8 barrel is a lot of gun. You need a sherpa and a trailer hitch just to haul it around. Just curious: What will you use it for?

I have found with my 2 wheel gun purchases, I can't hit the broadside of the barn. My semis are another story.
I may keep my #1 forever, but #2 was quickly gone. Both the semis, I have had over 20 years and feel comfortable with.
Just my preference

I have been checking out Semi's with a smaller frame.

Hmmmm......
what kind of wheel guns? I have 3 S&W 357's. my 4" 686 can hit 12" plate easy @ 50yrds, the 686 6" is good @ 100yds with 12" plate. the other is a Model 19 6"... just as accurate

My next want is

10.5" AR 300BLK...Just can't get em' in Kommiefornia without some shenanigans.

Both of mine were Colt. The one I kept was a popular LEO model and caliber in the 50's. Wife can shoot it just fine, so it's not the gun.
I have tried friends wheel guns with similar results.
I guess I just naturally prefer semis. I think the first pistol I ever shot was my grandfathers German Luger
