Are there any red dots that can manage the recoil of a semi-auto? Curious if anyone here has one and what model you’re using.

Welcome.
I use a 2x scope with a knockdown mount on my pump rifled barrel shotgun
I can’t see a semi having more recoil to knock it loose.
Knock down mount you say- got me a couple deer because the scope was plugged with snow and I knew my sights were good for the distance. The scope was for long shots like 70yd running. 2x got me to pick it up quicker to follow.
But we used to train with slugs and Skeet targets for whitetail. Blacktail go down easier.
Always had success with the bird gun without. I might have missed a few but that’s why they call it hunting not killing.
