Could this get residents of California the ability to use suppressors?

I am still waiting on the ammo purchase delivery to home what a bunch of BS
The whole thing is pretty childish...it is said, we're allowed to own firearms in our home to protect ourselves, per Heller, but we can't ship ammo to our house...

Much of this is falling by the wayside...it's just a matter of time...as it is, we get taxed to high heaven for ammo, and they want to do the same thing come Jan. 1st to barrels. Where would it stop, scopes, grips, sights, triggers?

I ordered a trigger a couple days ago to have shipped to Sportsman's Warehouse, and I was only charged the local absorbent 9.75 %, so they must not charge 11% on non-ammo/non-firearms. They definitely get the 11% on the transfers. I don't understand that as a transfer doesn't require any labor/goods! And for this pleasure, the state is doing this for our SAFETY! (so they say:confused:)
