Bug Out or Bug In?

What are your plans?

With all the recent civil unrest. Has your plans been changed?

I use to go to Paramount once or twice a year for business. I like goat tacos and the Guadalajara Birrieria is a favorite of mine. Of course the unrest there doesn't surprise me.

Unfortunately, nowhere to "bug out" to. Also, only so much room for supplies in a 1500 sq. ft. House. The wife is not as concerned with prep, so I can only pack in so much.

I here you. It would certainly be hard to bug out when SHTF, but I just keep it in mind local places I could get to easily. Obviously, keeping fuel tanks on the vehicles at least half full always helps.

I am set up to bug in. 1st house 7 miles from the freeway. Very Large propane tank. They got to find me.

Civil unrest happens nightly in the closest major city 45 minutes away. I will have plenty of warning time and freedom seeds to greet em.

Horseback is my bug out option.

Living at the end of a cul de sac, and having a million gallon water tank 100 yards from me, makes me think would be safer to bug in rather than bug out. Could you imagine the road traffic in the time of need?
