I've had this truck since new (2006) and expect to be buried in it. New trucks are insanely expensive and this one is a pre-emissions diesel so I'd like to keep it with me forever.

Lots of turkeys this year, as well as deer...in Buckingham Park. I counted 10 turkeys in and around these bushes, they were all gathered on the road until I drove by...my landlord said they are too smart, they will show up daily until Thanksgiving and then there won't be a one of 'em...

Wow, do those migrate from Canada? I have often seen flocks of geese flying through Coyote Valley around this time of year. Looks warm there, it's been getting cold up here. I have never hunted ducks, as I don't have a shotgun.

That's a pretty cool monument. I wonder if I'm allowed to remember the confederates. Somehow they seemed to wanted to take that out of the history books, similar to how Japan did with the travesties they committed during WWII. I'm not a fan of modifying the history books, and would prefer they leave the education system alone once we rid it of the DEI data added to it, as a priority over the past 15 years.
BTW, for anyone not noticing it, 1916 was when that was erected and that was in the middle of WWI.

I have seen other polls with Steve Hilton in the lead.
He is active on X and I know where he stands.
If I knew more about Bianco, I would consider.

I heard some bad news yesterday which is not counted in this poll...that is that Xavier Becerra is running for Governor also...that would be horrible. At this point I think he could beat out Katie Porter, but I consider him to be one of the most toxic people in CA politics. If he was to get into office, say goodbye to our 2A rights here in California...it seems bad to have both Bianco and Hilton battling out for votes, it could leave enough for the Dems to win. This is very criticial to cast our votes the best we can.

What has Steve Hilton actually done to make California better, safer, or more affordable?
If your answer is, “He’s a Fox News political contributor,” then that says it all. Talking on TV about California’s problems isn’t the same as facing them head-on. Hilton speaks from talking points, not from real, boots-on-the-ground experience.
Let’s not forget, Hilton fled the U.K. after it spiraled into chaos. I’ve seen it myself and it’s not a model we want to follow here. He has only been a citizen for 4 years, and his wife is not even a citizen! He lives in one of the most expensive zip codes in California. Must be nice when money is no issue. Remind you of anyone? Sounds a lot like Newsom to me.
Now let’s talk about Sheriff Chad Bianco.
He’s already serving Californians in one of the largest counties in the state. As Sheriff of Riverside County, he worked on Prop 36, helping make our streets safer. He stood up for the people during the COVID mandates, refusing to make criminals out of working families just trying to put food on the table.
When others caved to pressure, Bianco stood tall.
When politicians talked, Bianco acted.
When Californians needed leadership, Bianco delivered.
So, ask yourself, where was Steve Hilton when California families were struggling under lockdowns and crime waves?
Chad Bianco doesn’t just talk about fixing California he’s been doing it. He’s stood up to legislators, the governor, and anyone else standing in the way of making this state safe and livable again.
It’s time for leadership that’s proven, not just polished.
It’s time for Sheriff Chad Bianco for Governor.
